I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer and it was the perfect choice. Promenade Service Apartment provided 4 meeting rooms that were well-equipped and spacious. The location was ideal for both business and leisure guests, with shopping malls, mini markets, and food stalls nearby. The staff were friendly and prompt in addressing any issues, such as the WiFi problem. a great experience for my business trip.

The only drawback was the lack of a proper lock from the inside of the room. It would have been more convenient and secure for my work if there had been a proper lock installed.

The room itself was very comfortable for me and my parents. It was big enough for the four of us, which was great. The location was also good, as it was close to shopping malls and restaurants. The staff were friendly and the necessary items were present in the room. it was a good experience.

Everything looks good. The atmosphere of the hotel is family. The rooms are cheap and huge and complete with a kitchenette and coffee, for instance. The venue offers a huge variety of food that was fresh. This is a hotel go-to for Kota Kinabalu!

One service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated business center. It would have been more convenient if the hotel had provided a fully equipped business center with printing and copying facilities.
